Repair and Return

1.Fill out the warranty card with specific problem and attach your email address that we can get hold you when we get it repaired.

2.ZTW and its distributor will inspect the problem and verify the condition. You will receive a email of lead time for repair and return through your email.  

3.Ship it back to your local distributor or ZTW. We strongly recommend you to send it to your distributor to get a fast repair and return.

2. If claiming warranty work, warranty card date should be valid.

ZTW offer your 1 year limited warranty since the date of your purchase.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

1.Cosmetic damage

2.Damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use, or due to improper use, installation, operation or maintenance,

3.Modification of or to any part of the Product

4.Attempted service by anyone other than a ZTW authorized service center

5.Product not purchased from an authorized Horizon dealer

6.Product not compliant with applicable technical regulations.
